Vogel’s & Foster’s Internet Shipping & Refund Policy
Vogel’s & Foster’s strive for 100% customer service.
Vogel’s & Foster’s usually ships via Fed Ex. We ship in the continental United States on business days (Monday –Friday). Shipping to Canada is possible but includes federal (around $50.00) charges in addition to shipping costs.
Shipping costs start at $7.00 and typically take 2-3 days to ship. If you need 2nd day air or overnight shipping call toll free (1-877-815-0641 ask for Diane) to receive shipping costs. Shipping errors, while rare will be replaced at our shipping cost.
All back orders will be filled as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 weeks.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Vogel’s & Foster’s is happy to exchange sizes, colors and styles whenever possible.
All returns require an explanation and an approval and will exclude shipping costs. To obtain a return/exchange authorization email sales@vogelsandfosters.com or call toll free 1-877-815-0641 and ask for Diane (You may need to leave a message). Ship all returns/exchanges with a written explanation to:
